Currently, Leisure Fitness has 10+ retail stores and 12+ commercial sales reps serving a 5 state region throughout the Mid-Atlantic including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.

At this time, we are seeking fitness-minded, customer-focused, solution-oriented, goal-driven, money-motivated, passionate, and energetic self-starters for a career in Commercial Fitness Equipment Sales.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Learning fitness equipment features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Identifying commercial buyer’s facility goals and special equipment needs.
  • Presenting buyers with equipment recommendations based on those needs.
  • Closing sales and professionally handling operational logistics at the time of sale.
  • Following up with customers after the sale to ensure 100% customer loyalty.
  • Supporting the needs of the corporate office and the Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in Commercial Equipment Sales
  • Must have a proven track record of success in selling Commercial Fitness Equipment
  • Must be extremely professional and able to make high-level sales presentations.
  • Must have an outstanding attitude and commitment to Customer Service.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must feel confident making presentations in one-on-one and/or group settings.
  • Must be extremely personable and able to build rapport with customers.
  • Must thrive working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation:

  • Aggressive Incentive Based Compensation Plan
  • $100,000+ First Year Potential, including Signing Bonus
